Cabernet Sauvignon is made in small quantities from the best available fruit. It has become the definitive Cabernet Sauvignon, and is arguably richer and more concentrated than any other wines in the region.

A generous, medium bodied palate with lovely succulent tannins which carry the flavours of of blackcurrant, sandalwood, liquorice and morello cherries.

Made only in years when grapes of extraordinarily high quality are available; As with previous releases of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine displays harmonious balance and can be enjoyed now or will reward cellaring for 5 years.
