Our Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc blend is sourced from the Estate Semillon vineyards and Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills area of South Australia, where it thrives due to the cooler climate, higher altitude, and a longer growing season. The Semillon is the main driver, its influence running right through from the start of the palate to the substantial acidity on the finish, sauvignon blanc filling the mid palate; adroit.

Colour: Grassy green tinged when young, but with ageing a brilliant golden tint.
