Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe tropical fruits, pear, white peach, lychee and passionfruit characters. Notes of zesty citrus, guava and tropical fruits. medium bodied wine with a luscious mouth feel, leading to a crisp, dry finish.

Technical Notes
Vineyard
The single vineyard Verdelho was hand harvested on the 21st of January as the conditions became warm leading into the end of the month. The result of a warm growing season allowed for the grapes to develop intense flavours, whilst maintaining bright acidity.
Production
After hand harvesting the grapes are immediately pressed into a stainless steel tank. A cool ferment along with an early bottling under screwcap allows the bright aromatic characters and vibrant primary fruit characters to remain.
