Tasting Notes
The 2025 RHM showcases both elegance and structure. Aromas of ripe plum and subtle spice are complemented by hints of cedar and dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, with vibrant fruit, fine tannins and a savoury edge. Shiraz brings softness and bright fruit purity, while Cabernet adds depth, structure and length.

Technical Notes
Vineyard
This wine has been crafted from the oldest vines that are planted on elevated slopes with rich red clay and red loam soil. The vineyards are low yielding, and all fruit is meticulously hand sorted to produce the highest quality.
Production
After fermentaion in vat each varietal is matured separately in French oak barriques for 10 months before assemblage to produce a wine that is fondly known as ‘the great Australian red’.
