Tasting Notes
Made from Merlot this rosé is a blush pink hue with aromatic ripe red cherry and raspberry fruits on the nose. The palate is lively with attractive floral, turkish delight and manuka honey flavours complimenting the red fruit characters, finishing with a dusting of spice on a crisp, dry finish.

Technical Notes
Vineyard
After a warm season the more favourable conditions prevailed with long warmer days throughout January allowing the fruit to be hand harvested. The exceptional quality fruit is reflected in the delicately balanced Merlot as the base of the textural Dwyer Rosé.
Production
Hand picked Estate Merlot pressed off skins, giving the wine its signature texture and hue, before continuing the the fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottled early to retain freshness and vibrancy.
