About McLeish Estate:
McLeish Estate winery is nestled in the heart of the Lower Hunter Valley in the ‘Parish of Pokolbin’, Australia’s oldest wine producing region.
The McLeish Estate vineyards were first planted with semillon and chardonnay in 1985 by former engineer Robert McLeish and his wife, Maryanne. After selling their fruit for many years, they opened a privately owned cellar door in 1995, which more recently has been rated a five star winery by James Halliday’s Australian Wine Companion.
